Designed by Breton designer Jacky, the 15cm 1902 carving knife is a nod to French bistronomy. This precise carving knife allows you to easily carve meat, especially roasts. With a floral handle, this kitchen knife strikes the perfect balance between design and authenticity.
Available with a red or white handle, it is very easy to handle.
Presented in a cardboard box, it's ideal for gifting or treating yourself.
The full-tang blade, made of high-grade X50CrMoV15 steel (0.50% carbon, 15% chromium, 1% molybdenum, and 1% vanadium), guarantees an excellent edge, long-lasting performance, and is easily resharpened. 100% French-made in our workshops in Thiers.
