Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Exceptions, any artwork, oversize item and furniture will require a custom quote for approval before oder will ship. MG will contact you via email with a shipping quote for approval and upon approval MG will ship your order. 
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Local Pickup:

  • Local pickup is available at our store located in Downtown Perry, Ga. You can select this option at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please specify in the additional comments at checkout if your pickup order needs to be gift-wrapped. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays:

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and holidays may impact delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at masseygordondesign@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
